This service notifies a policyholder of breaches so they can improve their insured position. It relates contractual obligations to their perils at the insured premises and will assist a policyholder and broker with renewal or mid-term risk presentation to ensure the policy meets the needs of the policyholder.
Like a VAR survey, the report will identify improvements to a policyholders level of cover along with any problem areas of the contract of insurance that may cause a claim to be repudiated or significantly reduced through non compliance.
